Formuepleje A/S Fondsmaeglerselskab completed the acquisition of Newly built residential property in Denmark from Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) (OM:BRIN B). Formuepleje A/S Fondsmaeglerselskab signed an agreement to acquire Newly built residential property in Denmark from Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) (OM:BRIN B) for approximately DKK 440 million on March 31,2026. The property is located on Telegrafvej in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. The development property, part of the acquisition completed in April 2025 from K-Fastigheter and completed in November 2025, is currently fully leased. The property comprises a leasable area of 11,059 square meters, along with an associated parking garage. The transaction is carried out as a share deal reflecting an underlying property value of DKK 437 million prior to deduction of deferred tax.
Formuepleje will assume ownership of the property on April 14, 2026.
